Qualifications
- Valid and current CNA certification in Indiana.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
- Support dignity and individualized attention for each resident.
- Work with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care.
