Job summary

CareGave Health Corp is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Worcester, MA care team. Use the Oncoll App to connect with patients and facilities, delivering high-quality care on a flexible per diem basis.

CNAs will provide direct patient care, monitor vitals, assist with daily activities, and document care in the Oncoll platform. Massachusetts certification and strong communication skills are required, CPR/BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
• Experience in clinical, long-term care, or home health preferred
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using mobile app technology (Oncoll App) for scheduling and documentation
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist patients with meals, hydration, and daily living activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Document care activities accurately within the Oncoll App platform
• Respond to patient needs and call lights in a timely and professional manner
