• Report changes in physician orders observed during appointments to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Report changes in residents' condition during transport to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Prepare residents for appointments.
• Make beds (occupied and unoccupied) when not transporting.
• Assist residents into and out of chairs and wheelchairs.
