Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning and toileting.
• Report observations and changes to nursing staff and document findings.
• Support mobility, transfers and escort residents as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked rooms and assist with routine housekeeping tasks.
