Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Patient Team Support - Intermediate Care Unit CNA for a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $23.33 1.02. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

This position is for CNAs. Additional training will be provided to cover the unit clerk role on the unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent.
• CNA credentials per WA requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• CNA experience preferred; unit secretary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks within the CNA scope following PeaceHealth policies.
• Keeps patient information confidential and advocates for patients.
• Reports changes in patient status to the care team.
• Coordinates admissions, discharges and transfers on the unit.
• Maintains unit supplies and ensures unit safety and cleanliness.
