Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to work across multiple Benedictine facilities in North Dakota. You will provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN, while charting in the POC system.

This role requires travel, good communication, English proficiency, and BLS certification. We value dignity, respect, and resident choices, with a robust benefits package and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travel to Benedictine facilities within the designated region as required.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
