Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Tacoma, WA is seeking a CNA/Transporter to support comprehensive health care services, assist with basic nursing care and transport patients, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility.

You will collaborate with the nursing staff, develop decision-making skills, and enjoy daily variety and problem-solving opportunities during day shifts with 12-hour schedules at Allenmore Hospital.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA or MA license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred.

• You will provide assistance to units by cleaning equipment and stocking supplies

Position Summary

The CNA/Transporter is an excellent opportunity for supporting comprehensive health care services. Assisting with basic nursing care and providing safe and timely transport of patients, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility, this role allows for our health care services to run fluently and efficiently throughout the MultiCare facility.

As a Transporter at MultiCare, you will collaborate with the entire nursing staff, hone your decision-making capacities, and enjoy daily variety and problem-solving opportunities.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $22.64 - $34.46 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
