Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Aide - CNA to safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities while delivering attentive care.

You will monitor safety, assist with transfers, record vitals when needed, and support CNA duties in the facility. A valid Texas CNA, a clean driving record, and a DMV check are required; you must be at least 25 and able to pass insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to pass DMV check and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and report promptly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper technique.
• Record vitals as needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties when not transporting residents.
