Qualifications

• After training, ND CNA certification is required.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Computer and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in the CNA training program, including classroom instruction, skills labs, and supervised clinical practice.
• Learn and demonstrate fundamental nursing assistant skills, including personal care and mobility assistance.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living maintaining privacy and comfort.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and HIPAA standards.
• Complete required documentation and assessments during training and clinicals.
