Qualifications

Responsibilities

Ensure resident safety at all times.
Assist with feeding residents according to training.
Distribute snacks and hydration as directed.
Transport residents within the facility as needed.
accompany residents to outside appointments when required.
Prepare rooms for admissions and discharges.
Assist with filing, copying, and clerical duties as directed.
Report changes in resident condition to LPN/RN.
Respond to call bells promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
