Genesiscareers in New Jersey is seeking motivated individuals to begin a healthcare career as a Certified Nurse Aide trainee through our Nurse Aide Training Program. The instructor-led course leads to a full-time CNA position at the Southern Ocean Center upon successful completion.

No prior experience is required; the program lasts 1–4 months. We offer career ladders toward LPN or RN via tuition assistance and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved CNA program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to respond to medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in Nurse Aide Training Program; training is free and takes 1–4 months.
• After completion, a full-time CNA position is available at the Southern Ocean Center.
