Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, completes Train the Trainer, and has at least two years of CNA or related nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN license valid and current.
• Minimum 2 years as CNA or in related nursing role.
• Train the Trainer Course Completion.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CNA lesson plans aligned with state regulations.
• Deliver lectures on nursing and patient care.
• Provide hands-on clinical skills training.
• Assess student performance with quizzes and evaluations.
• Maintain attendance and progress records.
• Ensure training equipment is maintained.
