Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to Veterans such as vitals, weight/height measurements, personal hygiene, transfers.
• Document in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist with meals, dressing and grooming as necessary.
• Lift, move, and clean equipment; stand and walk for extended periods.
