Job summary

Mirage Post Acute is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct patient care across day and evening shifts in Lancaster, CA. We offer top pay ($19–$24/hr) with full and part-time opportunities, and a supportive team focused on patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, turning bedridden patients, collecting information, and ensuring dietary restrictions are followed. Requires current BLS/CPR, background check, and drug test, plus patience and physical

Qualifications

Current BLS/CPR card
Successful completion of background check and drug test
High level of patience, empathy, and compassion
Ability to work long hours on one's feet often doing very physical work

Responsibilities

Bathing and dressing patients
Collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors
Examining patients for bruises and other injuries/wounds
Turning or repositioning patients who are bedridden
Lifting patients into beds, wheelchairs, or exam tables
Cleaning and sanitizing patient areas
Changing sheets and restocking rooms with necessary supplies
Ensuring patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure
