Job summary

Harborview Thomasville is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our faith-based care team. We offer top pay and benefits in a supportive environment.

You will provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, support mobility, document care, and help develop individualized care plans while ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist with resident mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Assist in documenting care and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
