As a CNA, you will follow individualized care plans, assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, vital signs, and documentation, while upholding resident rights and safety. We offer comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA certification in Washington state.
• Ability to obtain CPR/BLS card.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans and provide care planning staff with information, changes, and observations.
• Attend to residents' needs, including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, mobility, and communication.
• Maintain each resident's skin integrity and prevent pressure ulcers by turning and repositioning immobile residents.
• Protect residents' personal belongings and report missing items according to policy.
• Take vital signs, monitor weights, apply creams/ointments, assist with transfers and mobility, and document care.
• Document care according to department policies and procedures.
• Follow prescribed safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate and interact tactfully with residents, families, peers, and supervisors.
