Job summary

Hanker Systems Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit in Portland, Oregon. The role requires EPIC experience, a valid Oregon CNA certification, BLS, and the ability to work the night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am).

In-person work location with weekend and holiday shifts possible. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, report changes to RNs, and help maintain a safe, clean

Qualifications

• Active Oregon CNA certification is required.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Previous Med-Surg, Telemetry and acute-care hospital experience is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work night shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition; obtain vital signs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Support RNs and other healthcare team members.
