Job summary

Dignity Health - St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, CA seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide essential patient care under RN direction.

Qualifications

• Positions patients and performs range of motion exercises.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.

• Measures vital signs, weights, and measures I/O, accurately and within expected time frames. Measurement: Observation, Accuracy, Timeliness.

Job Requirements

Required

• High School Graduate General Studies or High School GED, upon hire
• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program., upon hire
• Certified Nursing Assistant: CA CNA, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - BLS, upon hire

Preferred

• Six (6) months recent hospital experience as CNA, preferred.
