Qualifications

• Active STNA license in the state of Ohio.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to care plans and assignments, including safe transfers and lifts.
• Turn and reposition residents, assist with toileting and feeding.
• Assist with personal and peri care and maintain infection control procedures.
• Complete rounds, schedules, and documentation; respond to call lights.
• Assist residents with activities, transportation to appointments, and participate in monthly meetings.
