Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is hiring CNAs/STNAs to provide compassionate resident care in a 39-bed, 5-star facility. The role requires a current CNA/STNA license, strong communication, and a team-oriented approach.

Earn $21.40–$22.90 per hour with MI Direct Care Incentive and shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts, in a family-focused environment. Scheduling options include Full Time 2nd shift and Part Time 1st & 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA/STNA license to practice.
• Completed CNA/STNA course and state license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety and personal care.
• Practice infection control procedures.
• Document/record vitals and other required information accurately.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
