Job summary

Mission Health's Highlands-Cashiers Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support Registered Nurses and deliver compassionate care. You will assist with daily patient needs, monitor conditions and help carry out care plans in a nursing setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certification must be obtained within 2 years of start date.
• HS Diploma or GED required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers and comfort.
• Provide non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection.
• Keep patient areas clean, organized and stocked for safety and efficiency.
• Manage supplies, equipment and logs to support infection control.
• Communicate kindly with patients, families and care team to support safety and quality.
