The Center at Arrowhead, a Veritas Management Group facility in Glendale, AZ, is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caregiving team. You will assist residents with daily living, observe changes, and report to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and cooperation with a multidisciplinary staff. Successful candidates will have an active CNA license in Arizona and a commitment to resident well-being.

Competenze

Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
Ability to record information accurately using authorized abbreviations.
Ability to communicate clearly in English with residents and staff.

Record all entries in an informative and descriptive manner.
Use only authorized abbreviations established by this facility when recording information.
Report all changes in the patients to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur.
Ensure that the patient's room is ready for receiving the patient (bed made, name tags up, admission kit available, etc.).
Greet patient and escort them to their room.
Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services meet residents' needs.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and a calm environment throughout the unit.
Meet with shift nursing personnel to identify and correct problem areas and improve services.
Report all complaints and grievances made by the resident.
Notify the facility when you will be late or absent from work.
Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals to your supervisor.
