Job summary

Homeland Center in Harrisburg, PA seeks a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to provide hands-on resident care in a skilled nursing setting. This full-time role supports residents on the 3pm–11pm shift with enhanced shift differential and opportunities for full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a PA CNA license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and CNA training completion. Experience with geriatric care and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state approved CNA education and training program.
• Prior geriatric experience preferred.
• Understanding of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents’ needs according to care instructions.
• Record vitals and report changes in condition and observations.
• Assist with ADLs including mobility, feeding, hydration, and hygiene.
• Follow Nurse Aide Certification standards, HIPAA regulations, and safety policies.
