Cura of Sauk Centre is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. You will assist patients with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for our patients.

Starting wage is $22.06/hour with a sign-on bonus up to $750 for full-time roles. We offer day and evening shifts, flexible options, and opportunities to take CNA classes while earning.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or eligibility to enroll in CNA courses.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding CNA tasks (lifting, transfers, standing).
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred.
• Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status.
• Provide compassionate support and comfort to patients and families.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in care areas following established protocols.
• Report any changes in patients’ conditions promptly to the nursing team.
• Adhere to healthcare and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
