Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Nursing & Rehab is seeking a CNA to provide direct patient care per the care plan, including mobility, feeding, hygiene, and vital signs. The role supports a multidisciplinary team in a rehab setting and requires completion of an approved CNA program, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ongoing CE compliance.

Starting pay is posted with a minimum of $22.74 per hour, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible CNAs. Benefits are offered as part of our comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Current CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care per Care Plan: ROM exercises, ambulation, transfers, feeding, hygiene, vital signs.
• Identify and report problems in patient care.
• Ensure adaptive equipment use as ordered.
• Maintain patient cleanliness, grooming, safety, and nutrition.
• Complete daily documentation per policy and regulations.
• Communicate changes to RN and participate in committees.
