Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care and assist with bathing per care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Attend trainings and orientation to maintain current certification.
