Job summary

Forest Hills Assisted Living Retirement & Care Center is seeking a compassionate Shower Aide (CNA) to support residents with bathing and personal care. The role involves assisting with grooming, feeding, mobility, and routine monitoring under the supervision of nursing staff.

Full-time positions offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay based on experience, PTO after 30 days, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement up to 5,000 per year, and a 401(k) with company match after one

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• Required valid CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Six months' long-term care experience preferred.
• Must maintain a working email and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists with feeding.
• Assists with range of motion exercises and mobility.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care services.
• Communicates changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
