Job summary

FAIR OAKS REHABILITATION & HEALTH CARE CENTER / SOUTH BELOUT IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily needs and activities. You will perform basic nursing tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse and help maintain a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

A current CNA certification in the state of practice is required. Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is preferred; strong communication and a professional appearance are essential to succeed in

Qualifications

Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
Prior experience as a CNA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily needs and personal care.
Prepare residents for activities and social programs; assist with routine activities.
Follow standards of practice and licensing requirements under supervision of a licensed nurse.
