Job summary

Laurel Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Elizabeth City, NC seeks a dedicated CNA for our long-term care residents. This role offers Same Day Pay and a growth-focused environment with flexible scheduling options and competitive wages.

You will work with our nursing team to meet personal, emotional, and physical resident needs, while maintaining high standards of care and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CNA certification in North Carolina.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist RNs and LPNs with personal care, safety and comfort of residents.
• Provide direct care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with medication administration, vital signs and airway treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care.
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Deliver compassionate service to residents, families and colleagues.
