Colonial Pines Healthcare Center in San Augustine, TX, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. You will provide personal care to residents, support the charge nurse, and contribute to a compassionate, multi-disciplinary environment specializing in long-term and rehabilitative care.

Qualifications

• Must hold state CNA certification.
• Familiar with CNA duties and responsibilities.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents safely and comfortably.
• Promote independence for residents.
• Inform supervising nurse of resident status at shift start and end.
• Contribute to resident care plans and document observations.
• Support care plan implementation per policy.
• Observe and report residents’ conditions and document findings.
• Follow safe lifting and transfer procedures.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Assist with incidental housekeeping to keep a hazard-free environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
