Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities to maximize independence.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Assist with self-administration of medications through cueing.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to supervisors.
• Conduct room checks and monitor environmental safety; document events.
• Assist in dining room tasks and meal service.
• Support resident-centered activity programs and complete shift documentation.
• Act as resident advocate and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate tactfully with staff, residents and visitors; address concerns.
• Maintain certifications and participate as an ambassador to guests.
• Perform other duties as required.
