Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, meals) as needed.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (telephone use, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation coordination).
• Assist residents with self-administration of medications with cueing only.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or cognitive status to supervisors.
• Support dining activities and participation in resident-centered programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a resident advocate.
