Job summary

CommCare Corporation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant Transportation Driver to provide safe and reliable transport for residents at Old Brownlee Community Care Center. You will work under the Director of Nursing Services to coordinate medical appointments and ensure accurate medical documentation for transport.

The ideal candidate is a CNA with strong communication skills, HIPAA compliance, and a compassionate approach to elder care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from medical appointments using facility van.
• Schedule medical appointments with nursing staff.
• Maintain detailed transport logs and van mileage records.
• Coordinate with nursing staff for timely transport and documentation.
• Assist residents while boarding/deboarding the van and ensure safety during transport.
