Job summary

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is hiring a Resident Care Associate (CNA) to join our assisted living and memory care team. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to a consistent group of residents under their Personalized Service Plan (PSP).

The role reports to the Family Experience Director and requires dedication to quality care, safety, and respectful interactions with residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred and may be required by the state.
• Previous elder care experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing and updating Personal Service Plans.
• Maintains hydration schedules and meal attendance.
• Provides hands-on care per PSP and safety guidelines.
• Responds promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
