Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans honoring their preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
