Job summary

The Plaza Assisted Living in Pearl City is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Aide (RCA) or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide high-quality, around-the-clock care for residents. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, with duties spanning bathing, dressing, hygiene, and monitoring residents' health.

We offer full, paid on-the-job training and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour, plus benefits such as 100% covered medical/vision/drug insurance (single), a 401k match,

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving for seniors or disabled adults.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and incontinence care.
• Obtain and document vital signs, report changes promptly.
• Assist residents to appointments and activities as assigned.
• Report concerns to Nursing leadership on shift.
