Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program in the Taunton area. You will help with daily living activities, meals, and personal care to maintain a structured routine.

The role involves accompanying individuals on community outings and coordinating medical appointments, while fostering a compassionate, patient-centered environment. A valid MA CNA license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts CNA license.
• Be compassionate and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• TB screening is required on hire and updated every two years.

Responsibilities

• Part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.

Requirements What do you need to have?

• Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License

What Does the Job Entail?

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

What are Community Outings?

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:

• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to Dinner
• Baseball Game
• Bowling
