Job summary

The Northbridge Companies in New Jersey is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Support Specialists (PSS) for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide meals, support hygiene, and document observations for the care team.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of state competency exam for CNA certification or PSS.
• Ability to move and assist residents with daily activities.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Serve meals and ensure residents receive proper nutrition.
• Manage laundry to keep residents' living areas clean.
• Address residents' needs promptly with empathy.
• Collaborate with other care professionals to support the Wellness team.
• Record observations and updates on residents' conditions.
• Follow safety and infection control measures.
• Participate in training to improve caregiving skills.
