Tennessee Quality Care in Clarksville, TN is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for PRN Home Health visits. Join our team to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them heal and maintain independence with dignity.

Responsibilities include basic personal care, vital signs, medication assistance, and reporting changes to supervising clinicians. Must be state-certified CNA, at least 18, CPR-certified, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse aide.
• Meets the training requirements and completes them.
• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR certification or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, and dressing assistance.
• Keeping living area clean and orderly as needed.
• Taking and recording temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
• Performing simple nursing procedures as ordered.
• Assisting patients in self-administration of medication.
• Reporting patient condition changes to the nurse or case manager.

What Youll Do

• Providing hands on personal care including Baths Oral hygiene Shampoos changing bed linen assisting with dressing and undressing skin care and prevention of skin breakdown toileting assistance keeping living area clean and orderly as needed and other duties within their scope of practice assigned by supervising clinician
• Taking and recording oral temporal and axillary temperatures pulse respiration pulse oximetry and blood pressure when ordered with appropriate completeddemonstrated skills competency
• Performing simple procedures as an extension of nursing services as ordered with appropriate completeddemonstrated skills competency
• Assisting patients in the self administration of medication
• Reporting on patients condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse or case manager

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse aidMeets the training requirements and successfully completes them
• At least 18 years of age
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification or another certification process as deemed appropriate by agency state and federal regulations
• Must have reliable transportation current drivers license and appropriate automobile insurance
