Job summary

LifeSpire of Virginia in Lynchburg is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in a skilled nursing/assisted living setting. You will provide compassionate daily care, monitor well-being, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with a caring team to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in Virginia
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living preferred
• Understanding of geriatric care and aging process

Minimum Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community preferred
• Understanding of geriatric care, the aging process, and strong communication skills
• A passion for excellent customer service and genuine compassion for others
