Job summary

Sierra Post Acute in Colorado is seeking Part-Time or PRN CNAs to provide direct resident care under licensed nurses, with shifts 6am–6pm on Sun and Fri, and 6pm–6am on Fri and Sat. We value teamwork, compassion, and commitment to resident well‑being.

• Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range:

$20-$26
