Azria Health Woodhaven in Great Bend, KS is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team on a PRN/weekday schedule. You will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities with kindness and respect.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan
• Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs
• Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes
• Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion
