Maurina Homecare Agency in Powder Springs, GA is hiring Caregivers, CNAs and PCAs to support seniors with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals and daily activities in a nurse‑led homecare setting.

We offer flexible schedules based on cases, with day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. You will receive training and development, with a supportive nurse‑led management team and meaningful opportunities for advancement. Start pay is $16 per hour after 90 days, following an evaluation and raise.

Qualifications

• CNA/PCA certification or relevant caregiving experience.
• Good communication skills with clients and families.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions.

Responsabilités

• Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders and document care.
• Communicate client needs to the care team.
