Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required at hire.
• Completion of a 75-hour state approved Nursing Assistant course is required if hired into Nursing Assistant position.
• CNA certification (NE) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR/BLS) certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a Licensed Practitioner, RN or LPN, participates in the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Perform blood collection and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Provide basic patient care per the plan of care while maintaining safe workflow.
• Maintain organized work environment to support clinical efficiency.
• Communicate findings to the multidisciplinary team and support care planning.
