You will support daily living activities, ensure comfort and safety, and maintain a clean environment in a compassionate setting.

The role emphasizes dignity, rights protection, and timely reporting of changes in residents’ conditions, with required CNA certification and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• CNA program graduate required and CA CNA certification.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, nutrition, activity, rest, elimination) in a safe, respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable environment and proper room setup.
• Promote dignity and uphold resident rights; report abuse or rights violations immediately.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, visitors, and healthcare team members.
• Document care provided in a timely and concise manner; maintain confidentiality.
• Follow individualized care plans and assist with restorative nursing care as directed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to Charge Nurse or Unit Manager.
• Perform non-clinical nursing procedures under supervision within CNA scope.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are clean and ready; report repairs or supply needs.
