Desert Peak Care Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Per Diem team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, take vital signs, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing vital sign measurements and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assisting with feeding and hydration
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
