Job summary

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking a CNA/Care Partner to provide direct patient care under RN or LVN supervision. Care for diverse age groups including infant/pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric in a hospital setting, with focus on patient-centered, whole-person care.

The role requires CA Nursing Assistant Certification license at hire and BLS through the American Heart Association, plus completion of a short Care Partner training. ICN experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must complete 4 hours of Care Partner training.
• CA Nursing Assistant Certification License required at hire.
• National Provider BLS certification required at hire.
• Healthcare experience in training program or work setting.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training and Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System – Greater Sonoma County.
• Upon hire: California Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.

Preferred qualifications:

• Intensive Care Nursery (ICN): Level II or III ICN experience.
