Qualifications

• Current CNA/PCA license required.
• BLS certification (American Heart or Red Cross) is necessary.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-Ray required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card must be presented.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance are needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.

Responsibilities
