Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare, LLC (ASQ) is seeking dependable CNAs and PCAs to provide hourly in-home care to seniors and individuals needing assistance in southeastern and eastern Connecticut and surrounding areas. Flexible weekday and weekend shifts are available, strictly hourly and non-live-in.

As an Hourly Care Professional, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication reminders while maintaining dignity, safety, and

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (Required).
CNA license from any U.S. state, HHA certification, other caregiver training, or completion of ASQ Empower Training Academy PCA program (CT requirement).
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic technology skills for shift documentation on a mobile app.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs.
Successful background check, health screening, and onboarding.
For CT applicants without credentials: paid PCA training may be provided prior to client assignments.

Responsibilities

As Hourly Care Professional, work one-on-one with clients in their homes to support safety and independence.
Assist with personal care routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity.
Support mobility, safe transfers, walking, and prescribed gentle exercises.
Prepare nutritious meals, encourage hydration, and perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide timely medication reminders and engaging companionship.
Follow care plans and document daily activities on a mobile device.
Observe and report any changes to the ASQ clinical management team.

Ability to work independently, maintain professional boundaries, and adapt calmly to changing client needs.
Ability to satisfy all background check, health screening, and onboarding requirements.
For candidates without formal credentials: Selected Connecticut applicants may complete paid Personal Care Aide (PCA) training through ASQ's Empower Training Academy in Norwich prior to receiving client assignments.
