Elevare Home Care is actively recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to build a reliable pool for current and future client assignments across Metro Atlanta. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, companionship, and non-medical medication reminders, with emphasis on professional communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active CNA credential or documented PCA training and relevant caregiving experience.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Current negative TB screening.
• Ability to successfully complete GCHEXS background screening.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance when driving is required.
• Dependability, professionalism, compassion, and ability to follow individualized care plans.
• Availability for flexible weekday, weekend, day, evening, overnight, or 12-hour assignments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
• Safe mobility, transfers, fall prevention, and assistance with walkers, wheelchairs, gait belts, or other approved equipment
• Meal preparation, hydration support, companionship, and client-related light housekeeping
• Medication reminders within the authorized non-medical scope
• Transportation or appointment escort when assigned and authorized
• Accurate visit notes, timely reporting of changes, and professional communication with clients and families
